Please note: This guide is for general décor pricing from Party of 5 Eventz custom orders, personalization, and specialty themes may incur additional charges. Delivery, set-up, strike fees, and sales tax are not included in the prices listed.

Balloon Arches

Pricing based on linear feet used. Width from base to base + arch height= number of linear feet. (Ex. Double Door Arch= 24 linear ft; Arch on 6ft table= 10 linear ft; and Arch over 6ft table= 20 linear ft.)

Balloon Drops

Delivery and rig charges are additional. Delivery charge is based on zip code. Rig charge minimum $75.00 when lift is not required and will vary depending on ceiling height/type and difficulty of balloon drop installation. In the event that lift is required the lift will be provided by the client at client’s expense. Technician not required, but if requested, technician charge $55/hour with 2 hour minimum.

Narrow Bag Drops – $12.00 per foot

•Narrow drop bags are 3.5 feet deep
Great option for lower ceilings and smaller venues.

Regular Delivery Hours
Monday – Saturday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Delivery Slots: 8:00am-12:00pm or 12:00pm-4:00pm

Delivery during regular delivery hours: $25 within 15 miles of 27406/ .40 cent per mile

Set-Up Charges: 10%-15% of job total depending on job complexity

School Discounts

All schools get an automatic 10% discount on orders for balloon décor. For jobs over $2500 you get an extra 5% off!
