donation policy

Party of 5 Eventz is dedicated to serving our community in as many ways as possible. We would love to support every worthwhile cause, but due to the volume of applications we receive, it is necessary to have some guidelines in place for such requests. These guidelines are here to help you understand the balloon world a little better.

  1.  Donation/Partnership applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to event.

  2. A “Donation/Partnership Application” must accompany written requests.

  3. Donations are allocated on a “first come, first serve” basis, and the sooner you make your request the more likely we are to help you.

  4. If your Donation/Partnership request is approved, you will be notified within 7 days after submission.

  5. To better serve the entire community, Party of 5 Eventz will only donate to an organization once in a twelve (12) month period from the date of the donation request.

Standard Donation:

  1. Gift Card or Decor Discount

  2. Partnership Décor Discounts

    a. 25% off Balloon Décor purchase of $200 or more. All listed guidelines must be met to qualify for partnership: Party of 5 Eventz logo and name must be displayed at event and company tagged in any social media post that our work appears in.

    b. 30% off Balloon Décor purchase of $400 or more. All listed guidelines must be met to qualify for partnership: Party of 5 Eventz and name must be displayed, company tagged in all social media post that our work appears in, business cards and marketing ligature made available for guest (provided by Party of 5 Eventz) and verbal partnership mentioned from podium during event.

 Additional Partnerships available upon written requests and special circumstances granted.
