Product and service Concerns
In the unlikely event of a service issue; please make claim immediately at install or no later than 3 days after delivery or immediately after installation. After this deadline no replacements or credits will be issued. We require a photograph of defective balloons be emailed to partyof5eventrentals@gmail.com with a note providing the invoice number in order for us to replace or credit.
Cancellation Policy
Submitting an order indicates acceptance of the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations must be submitted no later than 9am, Eastern Standard Time, the day prior to for deliveries for a full credit. Installations, rentals, and/or purchases over $150 require a 5 day cancellation notice.
Orders cancelled after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge up to 100% of the order value, depending on the extent of preparations made for the order.
How to Cancel and Change an Order
All request are must be by email to partyof5eventrentals@gmail.com Please contact our customer service center @ (336-303-0088) to insure receipt of your email. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email.
Inclement Weather
If Party of 5 Eventz is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange for rescheduling. You will be given the option of rescheduling your order for up to 365 days. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.
outdoor decor
We use only the highest quality products and techniques to build your décor and we will take steps to minimize the effects of the elements on your outdoor balloon purchases. However, despite our best efforts, due to the general nature of balloons, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY OUTDOOR DECOR will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. Most outdoor decor is still subject to popping, “frosting” or fogging/oxidation of the colors, and/or movement from the wind. Rain or mist will cause balloons to stick together, resulting in a huge amount of popping. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage since we have no control over wind, rain, sun, temperature, or any other facet of weather.
Privacy
All personal information collected on our website is kept confidential. Information collected is used only to process orders placed directly by the customer.
We do not contact customers with unsolicited promotional messages.
We do not share or sell customer information with sources outside of the secure channels used to process credit card transactions, nor do we authorize our agents or Partners to use this information for promotional purposes, or to sell or share this information.
Security
Party of 5 Eventz is hosted on a dedicated server and utilizes the secure services of an extended validated (EV) SSL certificate and Authorize.net. This offers one of the highest levels of assurance to our customers. No credit card information is transmitted outside of secure channels and our site does not store credit card information.
Changes and Modifications
Party of 5 Eventz reserves the right to change any of the prices, terms and conditions contained herein; and/or change, suspend or discontinue any service offered on this web site, without prior notice.

All materials published on this Web Site, including but not limited to text, graphs, price charts, color charts, photographs, images and illustrations, also known as Content, are protected by US and international copyright laws, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, and are owned or controlled by Party of 5 Eventz or the party credited as the provider of the Content.
